Cancellation Policy
Hyrox Classes at Emporium Gym are available to both members and non-members, as they are separate from the general gym membership. Sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a multi-use block, must be used within five weeks of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for expired sessions, unless there are exceptional circumstances that are approved. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if fewer than two sessions are used from a block, a refund will be issued for the unused sessions, calculated based on the individual session price (for example, if an 8-session block was purchased for £60 and 2 sessions were used, a £40 refund would be given). Sessions can be rescheduled up to 8 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made after this period will be treated as a no-show, and the session will still be charged.
